Sun Tzu’s Art of War in Effective Team Leading provides delegates with the concepts of Sun Tzu’s warring philosophy and it’s adaptation to leading people in team management. Delegates will also learn to apply Sun Tzu’s concept to improve their team performance to increase operational effectiveness and productivity.
