Job Description:
Maintains safe and secure environment for guests and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitor surveillance equipment, building inspection.
  • Candidates will part of Fire Fighting Team.
  • Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities.
  • Maintain the environment by monitoring and setting of building and equipment controls.
  • Ensure operations of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, troubleshooting malfunction, calling for repair, evaluation on new equipment and technique.
  • Response to alarm and investigate disturbance.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to write simple reports.
  • Candidates are required to undergo cross-training with Engineering Department.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
  • Candidates with Basic Firefighting and Facilities maintenance are most welcomed.

Job Description:
To create full guest satisfaction by providing efficient and effective front desk service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To perform all check-in and check-out procedures in a timely manner.
  • Handles guest enquiries and assist with all requests.
  • To check and ensure that the room status is updated at all times.
  • To process all payments according to established procedures.
  • Attend to guests on challenging situations and provide service recovery.
  • Ensure a high level of guest service is consistently maintained.

  • Possess an excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to speak other languages is an advantage.

Job Description:
To ensure standard of housekeeping work as well as maintenance of general cleanliness of the hotel rooms and common areas. To deliver amenities or linen to guest when requested in the shortest time possible. Ensure that the amenities trolley are topped-up after use.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To maintain the cleanliness of assigned guestrooms, work areas and trolley.
  • To report to Housekeeping Office on any valuables found in guestrooms.
  • To communicate effectively within the Housekeeping Department.
  • To report any maintenance deficiencies of guestrooms, corridors or service areas.
  • To keep trolley and supply basket neat, clean and well supplied.
  • To report any loss or damage of any furniture linen, fixtures or equipment to the Supervisor.

Job Description:
Responsible for operation and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical controls and equipment as defined.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To carry out preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, cleaning, painting of all mechanical and electrical installation.
  • To assist with daily check on all mechanical and electrical installation and to ensure that it is in working order.
  • To carry out weekly test of emergency generator, test of hot water electrical heaters.
  • To carry out any work or complaint, masonry, painting, varnishing etc.
  • Ensure all work request or complaints are attended promptly.
  • To submit recommendation to Chief Engineer concerning the best ways to utilize Engineering facilities better methods.
  • To carry out assigned task of an appropriate nature in the Hotel.
  • The utilization of material and supplies in the most economical manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Nitec, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work shift hours.
  • Candidate with basic M&E skills.
  • Alert, proactive and customer oriented when dealing with guests.
  • Knowledge in installation and troubleshooting in any of the followings:
    General M&E, Welding/Blazing, Electrical/Air-Con/Plumbing/Carpentry/Varnishing, Fire protection system (Sprinkler Pump).
